The sensor performs a similar role to Thermal Imaging camera without the display of the digital image. By simply pointing the laser guide at the target surface area the thermal sensor will display sudden changes in the walls surface temperature between two points. Operators can select a reference point to find any abnormal changes in temperature around the area of interest. Thermal sensor is quick and easy with a simple process. Termatrac’s Thermal sensor uniquely displays a numerical bar graph of clear results. This allows the operator to see the results without interpretation.
The Moisture Sensor uses Omni-directional technology as it sets up an electric field to find the level of conductance in a material and hence reduce the level of moisture. T3i differs from the way it does its calculations and measurements compared to some other moisture meters in the market. Termatrac moisture technology sends a direct sensor out from the area within the moisture pad, not operating in an ark fashion of conductivity like most moisture meters. The T3i Moisture Sensor penetrates up to 2.5” (60mm) deep into the material and extends out past the outer dimensions of the T3i Device, allowing for any moisture present under or around the T3i Device to be detected.


The Radar sensor uses non-invasive, low-energy microwaves that penetrate through most common building materials to detect activity. The high-frequency low radar emissions allow the operator to locate and track termite and other insect activity without disturbance. The radar technology feeds live-stream data to T3i Operate (Android device) Application which operators can ‘save’ and use for pre-treatment and post-treatment reporting.
